SWIM TRAINING SESSIONS
Knowsley Harriers AC are delighted to announce an exciting new link-up with West Lancs Tri Club to enable members to attend eachothers training sessions. As we are a triathlon affiliated club this will be of great benefit to existing members and any new members interested in triathlon. The swim training is organised by Neil Thompson and is at the following venues: The Meadows, Maghull – Monday 9.00pm-10.00pm, Wednesday 9.00pm-10.00pm, Friday 8.00pm-9.00pm. Nye Bevan Pool Skelmersdale – Tuesday 9.00pm-10.00pm, Thursday 8.00pm-9.00pm, Thursday 9.00pm-10.00pm and Kirkby Leisure Centre – Wednesdays 7.00-8.00pm. The cost is £5 per session for KHAC members, further details of triathlon training will be announced on the club website and members fb page

Bike training sessions are posted to the clubs’ members only pages . They will vary depending on upcoming triathlons
