Adult Running Sessions (Over 16’s)

We operate five training teams based upon ability, to allow our members to identify which team would be more suited to there current ability we link each team to expected race times.

If you are unsure which team would be suitable for you then please feel free to ask one of the team coaches before the session who will help identify which team you should join.

The five training teams are based upon the following 5km times. The times are a guide, so just make sure that you are comfortable in the group, and respect the slower paced runners.
